Snipshow Privacy Policy

Snipshow is a private-group photo dare game. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions any time: profilesamg@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Display name - the name you pick on first launch (2-20 characters). No email, password, or account sign-up is required to play.
• Photos you take or choose - photos you submit for dares, including the one allowed retake. Photos are shared only with the members of your private group.
• Game data - dares, scores, verdicts, group membership, and invite codes.
• Device push token - so we can send dare and results notifications, if you allow notifications.
• Reports and blocks - when you report a photo or block a player, we store that action to enforce our rules.

How photos are used

• Photos are visible only inside the private group they were submitted to. They are never public, never indexed, never used for advertising.
• Photos are scored by an automated judge (an AI model) to produce verdicts and roasts. Photos are sent to the AI provider solely to generate those verdicts.

What we never do

• We do not sell your data. We do not show ads. We do not track you across other apps or websites. We do not build advertising profiles.

Service providers

Snipshow runs on Google Firebase (authentication-free storage, database, photo storage, push notifications) and Google Firebase AI (photo judging). These providers process data only to operate the app, under their own privacy terms.

Retention and deletion

• Deleting a photo deletes it for the whole group.
• Groups and their photos are deleted when the group ends or after 90 days of inactivity.
• To delete everything tied to your display name, email profilesamg@gmail.com from the device you play on and we will remove it within 7 days.

Your controls

• Report any photo - every photo has a report button. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours and rule-breaking content is removed.
• Block any player - their photos and dares disappear from your app immediately.
• Notifications - can be turned off any time in your device settings.
• Camera and photo library - used only when you take or pick a photo for a dare. You can revoke access in device settings; the rest of the app still works.

Children

Snipshow is not directed at children under 13 and is rated for mature audiences due to user-generated content. If you believe a child under 13 is using Snipshow, contact us and we will remove their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date.
